Dave’s passion for advancing foodservice equipment traces back over 40 years, starting with his early career at Lincoln Foodservice and HGA. In 1986, he took a bold step of founding DRG Marketing, a rep group covering the Midwest of the United States, we he successfully distributed foodservice equipment, including conveyor ovens. After repping conveyor ovens, Dave set out on a new venture, founding Avantec to introduce patented and innovative baking ovens to the U.S. market.

Collaborating with the Gas Technology Institute, industry professionals, and air flow experts, this combination of expertise and ingenuity has resulted in the certification of the Avantec conveyor oven design for sale in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
